6th - World History: Ancient Civilizations

Studies include the rise of villages to civilizations.  Major civilization studies include Egypt, Babylon, Kush, India, China, Maya, Hebrews, Greece, and Rome.

7th -  World History: Medieval and Early Modern Times

Explores the progress of world civilizations beyond ancient history.  Studies include geography, culture, economics, government, religion, science, and technology.

8th - Creating America: Beginnings through WWI

How and why did America develop?  What did it take to build our nation?  Who established early American identity?  What challenges has America faced?  How has American history shaped America's current identity?  The questions go on and on... This unit explores these questions and much more.
